Bridgett's Favorites: Makeup

Too Faced "Absolutely Invisible" Translucent Pressed Powder
Comes in a lovely case.  Works great for mattifying shiny foundation and all-day touch-ups.  Not sparkly or cakey like some pressed powders.
Cost: $27    Available at:  Sephora, Ulta, amazon.com, beauty.com, select military exchanges

Benefit "Erase Paste"
Great under-eye concealer.  Diminishes appearance of dark circles.  Blends into skin nicely.  A little goes a long way.  Can buy alone or buy the "Confessions of a Concealaholic" Kit for $36 and get it with a brightening primer & 4 other concealer/brightener products
Cost:  $26    Available at:  Sephora, Ulta, Macy's, benefitcosmetics.com, amazon.com, beauty.com

Benefit "She Laq"
This fabulous product is great for multiple uses.  You can use it to make waterproof eyeshadow or liner, and you can brush it onto lashes, liner or eyebrows to keep them looking the way you want.  It comes with a great little set of brushes for all these uses.
Cost: $30    Available at:  Ulta, Sephora, amazon.com

Benefit "High Beam"
This product - when applied to high cheekbone/around eye area - makes you look a little prettier.  I don't know how else to explain it.  It's like blush, only better.  This product is sold individually and within Benefit kits.
Cost:  $24   Available at: Ulta, Sephora, Macy's, benefitcosmetics.com, amazon.com, beauty.com

NYX Lip Liners
Great deal for a quality product.  Colors are very close to those shown on the pencil's end.  They sharpen well and go on smoothly.  Note: I apply lip balm before liner, which might help it go on better.
Cost: Under $4   Available at: Ulta, various mass merchandisers

Revlon 12-Hour Eyeshadow Quad
This 4-color eyeshadow set comes in at least a dozen varietys of coordinated colors.  They go on well.  If you want them darker, apply them in 2 layers (I recommend using a brush, not the applicators that come in the set - they're VERY small!).  Color stays on all day.
Cost:  Under $7   Available at:  Ulta, mass merchandisers

Eco Tools Makeup Brushes
These brushes are amazing for several reasons.  1 - They're made of eco-friendly bamboo, recycled metal, and cruelty-free bristles.  2 - They cost WAY less than many other brands.  3- They work great.  Brushes come in every variety you could possibly need (REALLY love the eyeliner brush - works great with gel/cream eyeliner).
Cost: Varies by type, $4 (individual) to $20 (sets)    Available at:  Ulta, Target

Smashbox Photo Finish Bronzing Primer
This product works great not just as a pre-foundation primer, but also as a quick way to look more "human" for a quick trip to the store when you don't want to put on all your makeup.  It gives your skin a little tint without the shiny/sparkly look of bronzer.
Cost:  $17 for .5oz travel size - if you can find it - or $38 for 1 oz. (no, that math doesn't make sense)
Available at:  Ulta, Sephora, select military exchange stores

Pop Beauty Liner Creator "Golden Sparkle Sauce"
This product can be added to an eyeshadow to create a matching eyeliner.  I've also added it to loose powder eyeshadow to make waterproof eyeshadow for a day at the pool. Just one drop does the job.
Cost:  $10    Available at:  Ulta, amazon.com
